In a “Recommended Reading” post a while back I suggested that everyone read The Music Lesson by Victor Wooten. Well, in case you weren’t convinced, perhaps this interview with him will push you over the edge. A great book written by one of today’s greatest musicians.

VIDEO: Greg Valentino
Well, first off, I’d like to thank all the loyal blog readers out there. Yesterday set a record in views, and that’s pretty awesome. Writing is fun, but it’s a lot more rewarding when you know that people are actually reading what you put out there. Thanks guys!
For the time being, I’m just putting up this nice video. New posts coming later tonight. Be patient, my friends.
VIDEO: TIME Interviews Woody Allen
One of my favorite actors, Woody Allen, takes 10 questions from TIME magazine readers.
VIDEO: Tech N9ne Interview
Tech N9ne is one of my favorite rappers, and he’s also probably one of the most lyrically talented guys in the hip hop scene today. He’s also pretty down to Earth, humble, and just a cool guy all around.
VIDEO: Sitting Too Much?
That’s right. There’s no time for writing anything today. A lot has been going on – work, music, life. You know, the usual – just to extremes. So, video day it is! This a cool radio interview with Lou Schuler where he talks about how too much sitting is affecting our lives.
VIDEO: Mike Tyson Interviews
We all have our priorities, so don’t hold this against me. A couple friends are back in town for the holiday season, and instead of thinking up something interesting to blog about, I’m gonna spend some time with them. I’m sure you’d do the same. So – since I’m not going to write anything, I’ll just post a good ol video of some Mike Tyson interviews. Don’t take Tyson too seriously. He’s one of the best boxers ever, and had probably the most controversial personality. Just watch and enjoy!
VIDEO: Jim Wendler & Mark Rippetoe
Mark Rippetoe (Starting Strength, Crossfit) and Jim Wendler (5/3/1, EliteFTS) sat down and made a video. A great interview! Enjoy!
